Vorarlberger Übertragungsnetz GmbH (VUEN) is the owner and operator of the transmission network in Vorarlberg.

VUEN is the legal successor of the VKW-Netz AG, resp. the Vorarlberger Übertragungsnetz AG regarding all matters related to the transmission grid.

VUEN was certified as unbundled transmission system operator concerning proprietary rights as per decision of the E-Control GmbH dated from June 1 2012 according to § 34 Abs 1 z 1 ElWOG 2010
